The GC&E Pascoe Vale ELC project focused on revitalising the centre's indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a safer, more functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment for children and staff. The project included significant playground upgrades, internal renovations like flooring and painting, and enhancements to outdoor areas such as fencing, landscaping, and drainage.
Key Project Highlights:
Flooring Upgrades: We replaced existing flooring with durable practical flooring, creating a safe and inviting space.
Painting and Patching: We refreshed the centre's interior with a complete painting service, covering walls, ceilings, doors, and more.
Joinery and Fixture Modernisation: We revitalised bathrooms and learning areas by replacing outdated joinery with new, purpose-built installations. From nappy change benches to craft sink units, we prioritised both functionality and aesthetics.
Lighting and Electrical Enhancements: We upgraded the lighting system to modern LED downlights, improving ambiance and energy efficiency.
External Transformations:
Fencing and Gate Upgrades: We replaced the existing fencing and gates to ensure security and aesthetic appeal.
External Painting: We refreshed the exterior of your building, including walls, fascias, and feature posts.
Playground Revitalisation: We undertook various playground improvements, such as cleaning shade sails, sanding and staining timber elements, and repairing or replacing damaged structures.
Drainage and Landscaping: We addressed drainage issues by installing new heel-safe drain covers and strip drains. We also enhanced landscaping by removing unwanted elements and building new custom designed timber seating.
